-follow up at 6 months, then 6 months later do workup

For stage 1 HTN, >95 percentile, but less than 12mmHg above that (130-140/80-90)
-follow up  in 1-2 weeks, then 3 months later start treatment, do workup

For stage 2 HTN, >95th percentile +12 mmHg (>140/90)
-follow up in 1 week to start treatment and do workup
