EVENT DETAILS

1. Authority & Decisions

• All races will be supervised by authorized referees and marshals.

• The referee’s/marshal’s decision will be final and binding in all situations.
  
  

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum height requirement: 4.5 feet.

• Participants must be physically fit to take part in the race.

• Races may be conducted in a mixed-gender format.

3. Safety Requirements

• Closed-toe shoes are compulsory. No exceptions will be allowed.

• Participants may bring their own helmets, subject to organizer approval.

• All track safety instructions must be followed at all times.
  
  

4. Qualifying Round

• Each participant will receive one qualifying race of 4 minutes.

• Qualifying will be conducted using Level 2 (Intermediate) karts.

• Performance in the qualifying round will determine advancement, if applicable.
  
  

5. Race Format

(Based on Total Participants)

• The race format may be Knockout or League, as decided by the organizers.
  
  

• Each race will have 2–5 participants on the track at a time.
  
  

6. Conduct & Disqualification

• Any rule violation or ignoring marshal instructions will result in immediate disqualification.

• Dangerous driving and unsportsmanlike behavior are strictly prohibited.
  
  

7. Registration & Refunds

• No refunds will be provided after successful registration under any circumstances.

• Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.

• Organizers have the complete right to change or modify event rules.
