• Each member must assume a corporate role, such as:-
  
  

  • CEO

  • President / Vice President

  • General Manager

  • Board of Director(s)
    
    

Theme & Objective

Theme: Strategy • Leadership • Decision-Making

Objective:

• To simulate real-life corporate boardroom discussions and test participants’ strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills under time pressure.
  
  

Event Description

• This is a role-play based corporate simulation.
  
  

• Each team will act as the management board of a company.
  
  

• Teams must assign specific corporate roles to members.
  
  

• A business situation/problem statement will be allotted through a chit-based system.
  
  

• Teams will be given:
  
  

  • 5–10 minutes preparation time
    
    

  • 8 minutes discussion/role-play
    
    

  • 2 minutes final summary/decision
    
    

  • 5 minutes Q&A with judges
    
    

• Participants must analyze the situation, discuss strategies, and present practical business decisions as a board.
  
  

Rules & Regulations

• Each team must consist of 3–5 members only.
  
  

• All members must actively participate in the discussion and role-play.
  
  

• Roles must be assigned before the round begins and cannot be changed during the simulation.
  
  

• Teams must strictly adhere to the given time limits.
  
  

• Use of mobile phones or external assistance during the round is not allowed.
  
  

• Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
  
  

• Organizers have the complete right to change or modify event rules.
  
  

Judging Criteria

• Problem-Solving Ability – Logic and practicality of decisions.
  
  

• Strategic Thinking – Business understanding and planning approach.
  
  

• Role Play & Leadership – Confidence and clarity in assigned roles.
  
  

• Communication & Teamwork – Coordination and structured discussion.
  
  

• Overall Impact – Professionalism, feasibility, and presentation of solutions.
