Maximum team size for concept & video creation: Up to 7 members
Members present on final day: Minimum 3 – Maximum 5
Remaining members may participate only in video shoot/production
Theme: Creativity • Branding • Visual Storytelling
Objective:
To test participants’ creativity, marketing skills, and storytelling ability through real-time advertisement creation.
To evaluate how effectively teams can promote and creatively present an existing product/brand using strong advertising concepts.
Each team will be allotted a specific existing product/brand by the organizers. (First come first basis)
Teams must create a real advertisement video for the given product.
Participants must:
Develop a unique advertising concept.
Plan and execute the storyline.
Creatively position the product for a target audience.
Present and justify their creative strategy.
(Note: Teams are not required to create a brand name, tagline, or jingle as the product will belong to an existing brand.)
The advertisement can be shot using:
Professional cameras or
High-quality mobile cameras
Teams are allowed to use professional video editing tools.
The final advertisement video must be submitted two days before the event date.
On the final day:
Teams will screen their advertisement
Present the concept and shooting process
Explain the logic behind their creative approach and execution
Maximum team size for the video is 7 members. (Refer Team Composition point)
Only 3–5 members are required to be present on the final day.
The advertisement must be original and self-shot.
Use of stock videos or copied ad concepts is not allowed.
Teams must strictly use the product allotted by the organizers
The video must be submitted within the given deadline (2 days before the Competition)
Judges’ decisions will be final and binding
Organizers have the complete right to change or modify event rules
Any political, vulgar, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Use of such content will lead to immediate disqualification of the team.
Creativity & Originality – Freshness and uniqueness of the ad concept
Brand Communication – Effectiveness in promoting the given product
Visual Appeal – Video quality, editing, and overall presentation
Concept Explanation – Clarity in explaining the idea and execution process
Overall Impact – How memorable and persuasive the advertisement is
