The Neuro-Oncology Fellowship Program at the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) offers specialized training for one year, with the possibility of extension based on each candidate's specific objectives. This program of excellence aims to train high-level specialists in the management of central nervous system tumors and their complications.

Exceptional clinical exposure to a wide range of neuro-oncological pathologies, including gliomas, primary central nervous system lymphomas, rare primary neurological tumors, brain metastases, leptomeningeal disease, and adolescent and young adult tumors.
Comprehensive training in the diagnosis and management of neurological complications of cancers and their treatments, particularly paraneoplastic syndromes and neurological adverse events related to immunotherapy.
Active participation in the adult neurofibromatosis multidisciplinary clinic, offering unique expertise in Canada in this field.
Opportunities for clinical research and participation in innovative clinical trials.
Close collaboration with leading experts in neuro-oncology (2 neurologists and 2 oncologists), neurosurgery, radiation oncology, neuropathology, and pediatric neuro-oncology.
The training is conducted in French and is based on an integrated pedagogical approach, combining clinical learning, research, and participation in numerous multidisciplinary committees. Fellows benefit from personalized mentorship and exposure to complex cases within a state-of-the-art university hospital center.
