Reiki (pronounced Ray-Kee) 

Reiki is a Japanese Spiritual healing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. 

Reiki also promotes emotional and physical healing.  

Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. 

However, it can be used to bring you spiritual connection and balance. 

Reiki is a gentle, holistic healing that is administered by softly laying hands on the body or hovering above the body. 

Reiki is based on the notion that everything, including us, is energy and that these energies affect each other. 

The Reiki practitioner uses slow movements to calm and deeply relax the body.  

Through this, the natural body processes can improve to help us heal more efficiently, both physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

Christy's Sessions have the added benefit of reaffirming affirmations.  I also, provide a written list of these affirmations for you to take home for continued use after your session.

What to expect:

• Relaxing atmosphere, calming healing hertz music.  (*For distance sessions I will send you a link to the music I am using.)

• A light touch over the entire body or hands hovering slightly above the body.

• The client will remain fully clothed, other than the removal of shoes, and lay face up on the table.  

• Essential oils may be used during the session, for added healing benefits.

• Crystal pendulum and Intuitive Chakra balancing 

• Crystals with healing benefits applied to or under the client

• Instruments for healing vibrational benefit.

• Written list of positive affirmations, specifically written and reaffirmed for your needs.

Everyone's experience with Reiki can vary widely.

 *Note some people have very emotional experiences or even a detox after their session, others may feel very alert and as if the world is brighter or more colorful, and some may notice very little at all. Each experience is very individual. Reiki blends well with many other healing modalities and is safe for all ages and physical abilities.  Reiki is very cleansing and detoxifying for the entire body and you can notice both emotional and physical changes even days after your session.

Please schedule your session, at a time you can have a quiet, peaceful space. I will, call or video chat with you prior to your session.  I normally have you hang up and lay down listening to music, while I do the session.  Then I text or email results, so you can sleep or rest, if needed.  Then you can call back after with questions, if you desire.
