• Schedule your session, at a time you can have a quiet, peaceful space. 

• I call or video chat with you before your session begins, to go over your needs. 

• I often send a link to specific healing Hz music for your specific needs to listen to during your session.

• After session completion: I text or email with any details from your session, this allows you to continue to rest/sleep, as needed.  

• You are welcome to call back, with questions after the session is complete.

Sessions are very unique in that I use muscle testing and my intuition, along with the energetic connection to you, to perform all my energy healing work.  

I will check your chakra alignment and reaffirm any affirmations specific to your current needs or goals.
