Emotional Imbalance Release
A technique where a connection is made to the subconscious of the client.
The goal is to find and release hidden emotional imbalances.
Once found, we release using magnets, affirmations, breathwork, and/or sound healing techniques.
This works much like an onion peel, as we remove layers of emotional imbalances, based on what YOU are ready to let go of.
Most importantly: YOU are READY to let go of these past emotions, allowing you to live more in the present!
Emotions can be trapped in your subconscious for many years or even from past generations.
Muscle testing, with a crystal pendulum, will be used, to answer 'yes' and 'no' questions, asked by the practitioner to find these hidden emotional imbalances.
Then working through magnetic release techniques we release these trapped emotions for improved emotional health.
Where can this be done?
These sessions can be held in my Annville, PA office or remotely over the phone. For remote services, I use my own body as a proxy for the magnetic release of the trapped emotions.

What to expect:
Relaxing atmosphere, calming music
Most of this work will be done without touch, however there may be a light touch over the head (to release the emotions).
The client will leave with a list of emotions, possibly including some detail, as to how long you have held onto this emotion or how it started
The client will remain fully clothed, sitting or lying on the table.
Essential oils may be used during the session.
Affirmations may be used during the session to reset your subconscious thought patterns.

I always like to remind clients that emotional release works much like an onion peel and there are many layers to every emotion we hold and allow to affect our lives.
Emotional release is not a cure for a disease or illness, but it may assist the body in creating an environment to facilitate healing.
Everyone's experience with Emotional Release work can vary widely.
*Note some people have very emotional experiences or even a detox after their session, others may feel very alert and as if the world is brighter or more colorful, and some may notice very little at all. Each experience is very individual. Every session will be different, sometimes the emotions are about what is happening in this moment of your life and sometimes the session will be about a specific age in your past. On occasion, a client may be too guarded for anything to come of the session. I highly recommend you have Reiki done if this is the case.
