I'm Christy,

and I'm so glad you're here!

With a passion for holistic wellness, I am a Certified Reflexologist & Reiki Master Practitioner.

I'm dedicated to helping you find relaxation, balance, and healing.

I've spent over a decade as an essential oil wellness advocate and more than 9 years of practicing manifestation work - both of which deepen my approach to supporting your well-being!

Why I Choose to work on Feet

I am often asked: "Why do you choose to work on feet?"

The answer is deeply personal. My middle child was diagnosed with autism at the young age of 4, and for years, he stuggled with intense meltdowns that often lasted 45 minutes or longer. As a mother, I was regularly called to pick him up from school.

In 2012, I discovered a life-changing combination - essential oils and Reflexology. Using the Reflexology chart, I applied a drop of essential oil to my son's big toe (the brain reflex), and to my amazement, his meltdowns stopped within moments.

This was a GAME CHANGER for our family.

This powerful shift helped my son stay in school for full days, somthing he hadn't been able to do before. Inspired by this trasformation, I decided in 2015 to fully immerse myself in the study of Reflexology.

What started as a way to help my son has grown into a deep passion for helping others. I now offer Reflexology to clients to support relaxation, stress relief, and healing.
