Hello and welcome!

I am a dedicated mom of 3 amazing children, one of whom has a diagnosis of autism. His unique needs sent me on a journey to find natural wellness options - not just for him, but my entire family. Along the way, I discovered a deep passion for supporting others in their own healing jouneys.

Through my experiences, I fell in love with bodywork, essential oils, and holistic healing practices. I consider myself both a lifelong student and teacher, always learning and sharing knowledge to empower others. My mission is to help individuals and families find balance, relaxation, and natural solutions for their well-being.

I believe in living authentically and embracing wellnes in all aspects of life. Whether through reflexology, Reii, or emotional imbalance release, I strive to create a space where healing and transformation can happen.
