Black Chicken with Chilli Paste

Currently, the farmer career is held as the main career of the people in the village. The villager will do agricultural crops, feed other animals such as, feeding ducks, chickens, pigs for being foods and this is the career to feed him. But with the current situation, the career as a farmer is held to have the risk in the happened drought continuously and annually. This will make the revenue to be less than the expense until the villager will have to turn to do the additional career to create the revenue from available things in the area or the thing that the villager can do, that is feeding animals or the cultivation.

Hence, for reducing the problem, this will have the way to create the additional revenue from available things in the area of the agricultural productivity to bring to process for creating the product to find the income more. From the past time, many areas in Sub-District of the village has the concept to invent to create other processing products that from that past time, this can’t build the value for the community or the people in the village. This will have the processing to be other products and the one interesting Sub-District community in producing processing products from available things in agricultural areas that is Taluktiam Sub-District, Ban SerngWai, Phromphiram District, Phitsanulok Province. This has the processing from agricultural products or the agricultural productivity to bring to process to be the product to create the revenue including being the famous product in District area, Sub-District area until this has received the support to be the OTOP product. In the current situation, that kind of the product is black chicken that is held as the agricultural productivity that the people in Taluktiam Sub-District have created the additional revenue for the community with the processing to be the food product that is called, “Black Chicken with Chilli Paste”, this is bringing black chicken to be cooked with Chilli Paste with Thai herbs to increase the fragrant smell and the soft meat including this will increase the method of preserving the food to be able to be stored for a long time also. This is the new menu that is persuaded to taste from the development of the form of the product from the agricultural productivity for creating the revenue for the people in the community.
