STOP Trusting Your Screen !

In a world where everyone depends on their phone to learn and communicate, it is extremely easy to create a mind-warping shift in a person's perception of reality and their surroundings. Everyone looks it up on their phone and believes the first article they see.

An organized group of cyber criminals  have been filling Search Engine Results with dozens of BS articles and spoofed pages in an effort to change the minds of mass populations.

Yes, I said mass populations. This is not always an isolated issue for me and my devices only.

THE ILLINOIS TOTAL LOSS FORMULA

A perfect example of a f***ed up Google Search

THe Total Loss Formula for IL and apparently have of the U.S. essentially says that if your repair costs are more than the depreciation in value of the car after an accident, they will pay out the whole car.

The repair costs are ALWAYS going to cost more than you'll regain in value by fixing the vehicle, so every accident would cause the insurance company to pay out your whole vehicle. If you got a $2,000 scratch in a $100,000 car, and the repair man charges you $2,500 to buff it out, the insurance company would pay you $100,000 instead of $2,500. NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.

This started showing up right after I got in an accident in my Jeep, of which they deemed a TOTAL LOSS based on Illinois' 80% threshold for a total loss.

My view of a Google search 9/23/23

illinois total loss formula - Google Search.pdf

What does it show on the device you're on now? Here's the same Google search google.com/search?q=illinois+total+loss+formula

WHY ARE WE SEEING A BUNCH OF BULLS*** THAT IS MATHEMATICALLY INCORRECT and NOT USED BY INSURANCE COMPANIES??? Apparently they are trying to actually push it to insurance companies now, which is more than likely confusing because they'd go bankrupt if they implemented it.

I explain the Total Loss Formula more in a presentation below.
