Using Insurance FAQs
Out of network: Most insurance companies also have out of network reimbursement possibilities. In these cases, I can provide you with a receipt that you can send to your insurance company directly for reimbursement.
I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance. The Headway team will reach out with an email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You'll see your cost per session ahead of time and can check your benefits through the client portal.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are subject to a full session fee. Please note that insurance companies will not cover this cost.
