It was decided to hold an international symposium on the Rights of the Child. That year, due to the pandemic, many countries did not allow travel abroad. For this reason, a total of 9 representatives from Turkey, Poland and Albania participated in the symposium.

After the opening speeches, the Albanian delegate made the first speech.
