2026 Season Registration opens on April 1st
The Race Experience:Â
More Than Just a Competition A Georgia Cycling race weekend is unlike any other youth sporting event. Imagine a high-energy, festival-like atmosphere filled with team tents, music, great food, and thrilling competition. The season consists of four regular-season races and a State Championship for qualifying riders.
Our Philosophy:
While we love the excitement of race day, we define success differently. Our primary goals for every student-athlete are to:
Have fun and stay safe.
Practice exceptional sportsmanship.
Focus on personal improvement over "the podium."
Everyone Plays, Everyone Competes:
In many sports, only the "star" athletes get playing time. In Georgia Cycling, everyone participates. If a student wants to race, they will. While approximately 80% of our riders choose to compete, racing is entirely optional. We believe lining up at the start gate helps students broaden their comfort zones and tackle difficult challenges, but we will never force a student to race.
Whether a Cherokee Bluff athlete chooses to compete or not, they are a vital part of the team. Non-racing teammates are always encouraged to join us at the venue to pre-ride the course, cheer on their friends, and enjoy the team spirit.
