Civilians are NOT ALLOWED to request doctors of a certain gender identification, they must RP with current EMS staff. If they are disrespectful towards the current EMS staff trying to assist them, i.e. making lude comments, etc. EMS is allowed to deny medical treatment and the patient is then subject to punishment by gov.
While EMS is waiting for a mass casualty shootout to end, they can set up a triage point and communicate to those involved where it is. If someone goes to the triage point to receive medical attention, they are considered OUT OF THE SCENE and are not allowed to return to the shootout.

A unit of any rank is permitted to deny service to people if they feel it necessary. Examples are disrespect, harassment, repeat calls, and 1v1s.
To deny service, you must inform the person(s) being denied of their denial of service, why they are being denied, and that they must find their own way to the hospital. You will not provide medical care for them in the field, but should they arrive at the hospital, you must treat them. You do not have to speak with them.
We request that for repeat calls, units first bring the repeat patients to the hospital, if injuries are deemed significant enough, and treat them there in a recovery room like lower Pillbox triage. Hospital staff does NOT have to be active for this to happen.
If a unit of any rank feels disrespected by an org or org members, they may request an org standdown. Bodycam footage showing the incident with audio is required as evidence. These situations will be investigated and handled by the command team who will implement a standdown or other consequences as needed.
When an org standdown is in effect, you will not provide medical care for them in the field (including traps), but should they arrive at the hospital, you must treat them. You do not have to speak with them.
There will be an announcement made in EMS Emails.

If on a government scene, or if a scene evolves into a government situation, EMS can clear the scene.
Government handles their own revives, if needed.
This keeps EMS's hands clean!
If forced to violate a rule/department policy due to gun fear:
Follow instructions - two wrongs do not make a right.
Make an assist to government advising them of the situation.
If you feel a rule has been violated, do not take matters into your own hands- make an assist and remain in character.
