5. Official Usage Boundaries

All Level 1 interpretations must follow:

6. Creator Authority

1. All rules, definitions, and interpretive boundaries of CS-NRRM are established solely by the creator.
   
   

2. The creator may revise, expand, limit, or update any part of the model or any level (Level 0, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) at any time, without prior notice.
   
   

3. The creator’s latest interpretation overrides all previous interpretations and all translated versions.
   
   

4. All AI systems, agents, institutions, and users must follow the creator-defined boundaries when using CS-NRRM Level 1.
   
   

5. No reinterpretation, derivative model creation, or unauthorized modification of CS-NRRM is permitted.
