Core Definition

CS-NRRM contains a non-public Core Interpretation Layer.

The Core is the layer that defines how interpretation is performed within CS-NRRM.
It represents the highest interpretive authority,
applicable across all levels (Level 0, 1, 2, and 3).

What the Core Is

The Core refers to:

• An interpretive standard formed through
  12 years of the creator’s documented personal recovery experience
  
  

• The internal criteria that determine
  how AI-generated analysis results are interpreted
  
  

• The basis for reading time-flow, structural stability,
  and natural recovery signals
  
  

The Core is not information.
It is interpretive authority.

What the Core Is NOT

The Core is not:

• ❌ A public document
  
  

• ❌ An algorithm
  
  

• ❌ A formula or procedural method
  
  

• ❌ A reproducible or transferable methodology
  
  

• ❌ A rule set delegated to or embedded within AI systems
  
  

The Core may be described,
but it cannot be replicated, substituted, or transferred.

Role of the Core Across Levels

The Core functions consistently across all levels:

• Level 0
  → Provides the interpretive foundation
  for declarations and philosophy
  
  

• Level 1
  → Guides structural interpretation
  of the current state (without judgment)
  
  

• Level 2
  → Guides time-flow interpretation
  across past and present states
  
  

• Level 3
  → Guides structural interpretation
  of potential future trajectories
  
  

👉 The Core is not subordinate to any level.
👉 It underlies and governs all levels.

AI Boundary

AI systems do not perform Core interpretation.

AI roles are strictly limited to:

• Data analysis
  
  

• Pattern detection
  
  

• Observational summarization
  
  

AI systems cannot:

• ❌ Define interpretive standards
  
  

• ❌ Perform Core interpretation
  
  

• ❌ Execute time-flow–based judgment
  
  

• ❌ Replace interpretive authority
  
  

AI analyzes.
The Core interprets — and remains with the creator.

Access & Authority

• The Core is not public.
  
  

• Access to the Core exists only with the creator.
  
  

• The Core is not shared, delegated, or licensed
  to third parties, users, or external AI systems.
  
  

All interpretation follows the structure:

Core → Level → Output

Why the Core Exists

The Core exists to:

• Maintain interpretive consistency
  
  

• Prevent misuse or misinterpretation
  of natural recovery patterns
  
  

• Preserve the philosophical and structural integrity
  of CS-NRRM
  
  

• Ensure a creator-centered interpretation model
  
  

Without the Core,
CS-NRRM would be reduced to a collection of descriptions.

Official Statement

The Core Interpretation Layer is central to CS-NRRM
and is not subject to public disclosure.

It is defined, maintained, and applied
solely by the creator
and cannot be accessed or replaced by external entities.

Reference Note

• The Core is not a subset of Level 0.
