At the Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Meeting of the Cherry Hills Ninth Lake Association, held on December 5, 2024 at the Abrams' meeting room, the Board presented their 2025 budget proposal as well as address replacement of our aerator/fountain. A set of draft minutes for this meeting can be viewed at Meeting Materials along with all of the background information for the meeting.
Also at this meeting, members elected the 2025 Board of Directors. All of the 2024 Directors were re-elected and officers will continue their roles into the new 2025 year.
The fiscal condition of our association is good with our Reserve Funds continuing to grow. In the new year, plans are in place to replace our aging aerator/fountain with a more powerful one which should be operational for at least the next decade. Because of our frugality over the past five years, replacement costs will be covered by our Reserve Funds with no need for a special assessment.
Member fees for the upcoming year were increased by $25 to $500 to cover new re-occurring expenses for maintenance of the willows and cattails along our shoreline. Fees are due by January 1.
We anticipate that our prosperity will continue as our lake association continues to prosper. Please share your interests and concerns as we go forward into the new year.
As ever, please forward to dan.abrams@icloud.com any comments or suggestions for improvement of this website.
