The fiscal condition of our association is good with our Reserve Funds continuing to grow. Over the past year, a new and more powerful aerator/fountain was procured using Reserve Funds, alleviating the need for a special assessment.
Member fees for the upcoming year were increased to $550 to cover new re-occurring expenses for maintenance, storage and operation of the fountain, and for treatment of the willows and cattails along our shoreline. Fees are due by January 1.
Our future as an association is bright as more members become active with our organization. We encourage new and old members to play an active part in keeping our lake and shoreline a beautiful segment of southwest Champaign. Please share your interests and concerns as we go forward into the new year.
As ever, please forward to dan.abrams@icloud.com any comments or suggestions for improvement of this website.
