The Association operated under the same set of Bylaws since 2008. In March of 2020, the Board proposed a make-over of this document to bring it up to date with respect to past amendments, changes in how we operate, and modern electronic information technologies.

Members were given the opportunity to review and comment on a draft of Bylaws 2.0 during the month of April 2020. A marked-up copy of the original Bylaws and a commentary explaining the major revisions are given in the Member Portal.

Member comments were reviewed by the Board, and when applicable, incorporated into the final version provided herein. This final version was approved by the membership at their annual meeting on December 2, 2020. This version was signed by the Board, notorized and given to the Champaign County Recorder for public access.
