Pathway- Every team member is required to complete this online training (videos and reading modules) before working in any position. We encourage team members to complete training prior to orientation.

Orientation & Safety and Security – A video introduction of Chick fil-A culture followed by an in-depth restaurant tour with our restaurant leaders.

Training – Leaders will conduct the training for the specific area and aspect of the new position - this training will continue until mastery of each position
