Benefits Package

Paid Personal Days (Annually) – Supervisors (3 days), Directors (5 days), Executives (5 plus 1 day for each year of service).

Health insurance – We will pay $375 (Team members, Team Leaders, and Supervisors) and $500 (Directors and Executives) toward your health insurance monthly.

Retirement – Will match up to 4% of your 401k contribution each month.

Disability and Life Insurance – All ACA candidates will have a $10,000 health insurance benefit.

Scholarships – Remarkable Futures Program- Chick-fil-A offers an opportunity for team members to apply for $2,500 a year for college or university tuition for current employees who are in school (up to $10,000).
