Leadership Development

Everyone is a leader to some degree because leadership is Influence. We influence (lead) ourselves by the choices we make. And we influence (lead) others by our example and how we treat them. Influence is not neutral. Influence is positive or negative.

The character of a leader determines the amount of influence they will have with others and our organization.

Everyone on our team is expected to exhibit the qualities in the diagram below at a basic level. Moving onto the Leadership Team requires a deeper commitment to these characteristics. And leaders are specifically evaluated in the areas highlighted. "To whom much (influence) is given; much (character) is required."
