The Drive-Thru Director role is responsible for focusing on speed and accuracy while demonstrating remarkable service that serves the guests without them feeling rushed that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A standards. This leader owns continuous improvement in a LEAN environment and development of people, processes and effective communication that embraces our vision through our core values. Examine restaurants performance trend over the past 12 months with available data tools in the area of Drive-thru requirements. This role reports directly to the Operation Executive.
Requirements
- Have a written Drive-thru plan that integrates from the four perspectives in the LENS model, which details specific steps and goals, and equips & develops people.
- Have a written plan for goals you want to achieve, who you plan to equip and develop, and what are the steps needed to achieve these goals.
- Lead a strong Drive-thru culture with systems dedicated to assessments, retraining, issue correction and accountability.
- Coordinate with shift leaders and Hospitality Director to help meet the needs of the Drive-thru.
- Be responsible for ordering and maintaining necessary equipment and supplies to meet the needs that support the Drive-thru team.
- Monitor and communicate reports from LENS model and report on Drive-thru in the business such as maintenance problems, training needs, team issues, highs/lows of the week, etc. at Director meetings.
