Two experienced teacher writers based in Bangkok are holding a tranquil writing retreat at Tong Homestay, a homestay on Kret island in Nonthaburi, from April 10 to 11, 2023 (Tentative dates).

There won't be lectures, only discussions mostly in the hotel's garden -- with Janpha Thadphoothon and Yongyut Khamkhong.

Designed in a rejuvenating way to freshen the mind for writing, the two-day, one-night writing retreat is accepting only ten aspiring teacher writers who have ample time to focus on whatever they'd like to write about.

There will be some excursions including a boat tour around the island, walks in the old town of Pak Kret, and a bicycle ride around the island.
