JCLC

JCLC (JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge) is an annual District-wide event hosted by the JROTC Phoenix Union Cadet Brigade. These select group of cadets are invited to a 4-day, 3-night event in which they get to interact with cadets from around the District in safe, healthy, and fun training environments. The objectives of (JCLC) are to provide a safe, healthy, and fun training environment that is both physically and mentally challenging, provide hands-on training designed to develop leadership, discipline, teamwork and self-confidence, and to implement and provide STEM educational empowerment initiatives. Cadets achieve this goal by participating in events such as the Leadership Reaction Course (LRC), Land Navigation, Team Building, Recreational Activities, and even an Award Ceremony.
