As you can see on the forms, the GPA has been changed from a 96% to an 80% and Melissa has to enter them all in the system by the end of October opposed to in February. 

With the change in GPA, this will increase the number of players that are eligible to be submitted. Due to this change, Melissa will need time to enter these so she is asking for everyone to please get them in ASAP if you can. Otherwise, please bring the completed forms with the report cards attached at the next CM Meetings so she is able to calculate and enter them into the system. All forms are to be submitted to me complete no later than the October meeting. The October CMYFCC meeting will be held on Monday October 21st.
