What are the main things I need to do?
Make sure all information is updated for your team counts.
All rosters and books must be finalized 1 week prior to Jamboree.
Upload your rosters to MyAYF before 9/1
If your teams advance, pay your nationals registration fee
Make sure your books are in order and every player has been certified

If you have a player in a foster care situation who does not have original birth certificate because of pending adoption: Central MA will stamp the copy of the birth certificate along with a letter from DCF (on their letterhead).This letter should state the child's information along with their date of birth and that the birth certificate copy is a true copy of the original. Please print this information to attach with the letter from DCF, and the birth certificate copy and paperclip it outside of the sleeve so your CMA rep has this information and can see how this situation is to be resolved.

If you have a player that does not attend a school and is home schooled, this form will need to be filled out for your book.

Each Central MA board member has been assigned specific associations to certify BOTH their FOOTBALL and CHEER books.
All books must be certified by 9/1
Please email your contact person only to arrange to have your book's certified.
ALL CHEER ROSTERS MUST BE SCANNED AND EMAILED TO AugustLP@gmail.com
Any errors found on rosters after they have been certified MUST be corrected ASAP or risk disqualification of your teams!

Boundary Waivers

This process is completed the same as cheer.
All boundary waivers must be sent to Melissa.
All information on these waivers will be verified and any false information will result in disqualification of the team.
Don't forget that waivers are sent straight to Melissa and not to the Association Presidents. With EVERY waiver we are requesting a report card. There is no way of getting around this so please send the report card in when you send the waiver in. Please be aware that just because presidents approve a waiver does not mean that kid is automatically waived in. We will look at every waiver and will let you know through the one drive the status, and if the appeal process will be made. We ask that you do not have parents email us directly trying to make their case, before waivers are sent in. They have that opportunity during the appeal process.
