Before you ask:

Academic Achievement 80 or higher

Although report cards are not collected, if you have an athlete with exceptional grades in school and would like to see if they qualify for the Academic Achievement Award. Follow instructions on this sheet. Any cheerleader with a report card that is calculated to an average of 80 or over.

All teams must upload their rosters to MYAYF

To generate your Official Roster, enter your roster under Member Profile > Rosters.

If you would like to upload your roster, you MUST use: MyAYF Roster Template

TIP: IF you get an error message like the file cannot be loaded, make sure you don't have any punctuation. (examples: St. Ave. Rd. Jr. Mary-Lou or José ) This type of punctuation needs to be removed in order for your CSV file to load in correctly.

How to Video: Upload Rosters

This chart helps you calculate what age that child will be on 7/31 of this current year.

example: if your DOB is 7/21/2012 you would look at the row of 2012 and the column of July to find where they meet and you will see that the child will be 13 for the entire season.

It is not Central MA's responsibility to calculate all of your player's ages on your roster.
