Our recommendation is to choose a video from each of the 4 categories to create your own exercise class. First, start with a warm-up with Kim, move to PWR! Moves with Adelaida, Extra Exercises with Kristin, and cool down again with Kim. We will continue to upload videos, so we encourage you to try them all at your own pace!
