6 Sigma Automation

Your time belongs to YOU, NOT your responsibilities.

Optimizing your time is a sign of the liberties we have in this country. More so, having liberties and time makes me confident that life is for living, not cleaning and working constantly. God gave us an earth that is abundant and our time is best served exploring the earth and feeding from it.

With this mindset comes the conservation of time to insure we spend it doing the things we enjoy. the quadrant above puts importance on things that are time sensitive and things thank are valuable.

Things that are not important and don't really have a time to get done can usually be deligated or automated or eliminated. like dusting the house for example, or spending time with people that don't mean you well. dusting isn't going to kill us if we don't do it, but at some point it has some value, where as friends that are holding your back or don't seem to add value to your life often times are better suited to be eliminated from your life and time. make time for them when you are on the other side of your goals.

Urgent but not important, is a perfect example of something that needs to be delegated out. checking emails, Christmas cards, cleaning the house. these things aren't usually the end of the world and if something comes up the tasks can wait but when more pressing matters are subdued, they can be addressed. often times we can hire people to do things or set up auto pay to completely eliminate stress and simple tasks.

Important not urgent is something like brushing your teeth or showering and eating. these things must happen daily and we can't assign them away. for these things we create a priority window of time specifically for important matters of the day. most successful peoples day starts or ends with them completing some sort of choir list. Maybe receipts for the day at 7 pm, a bible study, dinner, shower, brush teeth, listen to some relaxing jazz and fall asleep at 10 pm. these are examples of things that can be automated so you can spend the rest of your day worry free.

Finally we have things that are time sensitive and important. By spending less time doing things we don't want to do and automating the things we must do, we have all the time in the world toward the things we want to do, and when something comes up that is both pressing and time sensitive, we can simply do it, or schedule a time to do it.

This time optimization is critical because the more time you have free and available to your leisure time, the more you can explore, create and find peace which I can't say enough is what life must be about, finding tranquility.
