Clean Hands
How often you should wash your hands.
Germs have been the destruction of mankind for too many years. Now humans finally have a grasp on the unseen at least enough to know we should keep our hands clean after & before: eating, using the restroom, functions or events. When you 1st wake up and when you go to bed.
Keep hand sanitizer near. I keep one on my key chain. Cleanliness is next to godliness and you can never be too clean. If you wash often, you may need some hand lotion too. Dry chapped hands are almost as bad as dirty hands.
Hand Washing Tips
Always wash for 30 seconds. I like to sing my A,B,C's. Once I finish, I dry my hands and I'm done.
Be sure to get under your nails. Often skin and dirt find its way under the nail and becomes a breading ground for other bacteria.
Don't use dish washing soap. These soaps have agents that strip away healthy bacteria from your hands and dries your hands out making you even more prone to viruses and such.
Cold water saves water because you don't have to wait until your faucet warms up. There are also several different germs that can't survive in the cold. It will cost you 1 gallon + of water to wait until the water warms up, so just wash them and get it over with. Cold water on your hands feels amazing.
