TabFlow respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the TabFlow – Smart Tab & Session Manager Chrome extension processes information when helping you organize browser tabs, sessions, and workspaces.
TabFlow is a browser productivity extension designed to help users organize and manage open tabs.
Depending on the features enabled, TabFlow may allow users to save browsing sessions, restore groups of tabs, create workspaces, search open tabs, identify duplicate tabs, manage inactive tabs, and maintain locally stored session information.
To provide tab and session management features, TabFlow may process limited browser information including:
Tab title
Tab URL
Tab favicon URL
Window and tab identifiers
Whether a tab is active, pinned, or discarded
Saved sessions
Workspace names
Session creation and modification times
User-created tab notes
Extension preferences
TabFlow activation ID
License information
Pro activation status
This information is processed only to provide TabFlow's user-facing tab and session management features.
TabFlow is designed to operate primarily inside the user's browser.
Tab information, saved sessions, workspaces, preferences, and related extension data are stored using Chrome extension storage unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
TabFlow does not sell browsing activity or saved session information.
TabFlow may read the URLs and titles of tabs that are currently open or explicitly saved by the user.
This information is necessary for features such as:
Finding an open tab
Saving and restoring sessions
Detecting duplicate tabs
Organizing tabs into workspaces
Displaying saved session contents
Managing inactive tabs
TabFlow does not use this information for advertising or behavioral profiling.
TabFlow may use Chrome storage to save:
Extension settings
Saved sessions
Workspace information
Tab notes
Session history
User preferences
Activation ID
License information
Pro status
Some settings may remain until the user deletes them, clears extension storage, or uninstalls TabFlow.
TabFlow Pro Lifetime may be purchased through PayPal.
Payments are completed on PayPal's website.
TabFlow does not collect or store:
Credit card numbers
Debit card numbers
Bank account information
PayPal passwords
PayPal login credentials
Payment details are processed directly by PayPal according to PayPal's own privacy practices.
For license activation, a purchaser may provide a PayPal transaction reference together with a TabFlow Activation ID so that a Pro purchase can be verified.
TabFlow Pro may use:
A locally generated Activation ID
A cryptographically signed license key
The extension uses this information only to determine whether Pro functionality should be enabled.
TabFlow does not sell, rent, or trade user information.
TabFlow does not use tab URLs, browsing sessions, workspaces, or saved session data for:
Advertising
Behavioral profiling
Data brokerage
Credit scoring
Lending decisions
Marketing databases
TabFlow does not transfer browsing or session data to third parties except where necessary to provide a feature explicitly requested by the user.
PayPal processes payment information independently when the user chooses to purchase TabFlow Pro.
Saved sessions, workspaces, tab notes, and extension preferences may remain in Chrome storage until:
The user deletes them
The extension's stored data is cleared
TabFlow is uninstalled
Users are responsible for deleting sessions or workspaces they no longer wish to retain.
Users may remove TabFlow data by:
Deleting saved sessions
Deleting workspaces
Clearing session history
Clearing extension storage
Uninstalling TabFlow
TabFlow is designed to minimize unnecessary data processing.
Users should still avoid storing highly sensitive information in tab notes or session names.
TabFlow is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children and does not knowingly use children's information for advertising or profiling.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when TabFlow's features, permissions, or privacy practices change.
The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
