ONLINE MANUAL
Welcome to Insurance Agent Simulator. You play as Mark Thompson, an insurance agent building his career while living and working across Greyshore City and Northshore City.
From the Main Menu, select New Career to begin Mark's story.
The opening sequence introduces Mark and brings him into Greyshore City.
Once the introduction is complete, normal player control begins and your current mission objective will be displayed on the screen.
If a saved career is available, use the Continue/Load option to resume your progress.
During gameplay, the mission interface displays Mark's current objective.
Use the objective text together with the minimap and world markers to determine where to go next.
Mission progression may require you to:
Travel to a location
Speak with an NPC
Drive Mark's vehicle
Investigate an area
Find or inspect something
Interact with an object
Visit several locations
Complete a work activity
Make a decision
Enter a building
Complete another mission-specific objective
Not every mission is completed through dialogue alone.
Approach mission characters and use the displayed interaction prompt.
During conversations, Mark and the NPC may automatically face one another and use conversation animations.
Read each conversation carefully because it can explain your next objective or provide information relevant to the case.
The game includes two primary cities:
Greyshore is Mark's primary home and workplace.
Here you can find:
Voss & Partners office
Mark's apartment
Businesses
Streets and intersections
Beach areas
Enterable buildings
Pedestrians
Traffic
Mission locations
Activities
Northshore is located on another island.
It becomes accessible later in Mark's career through the ferry journey from Greyshore.
Northshore contains its own missions, residents, roads, businesses, coastlines, activities, and enterable locations.
Buildings that can be entered are identified by entrance markers.
Move toward the entrance and follow the interaction prompt.
Enterable locations may contain:
NPCs
Furniture
Props
Mission interactions
Activities
Business-related content
Use the exit marker or appropriate interaction to return outside.
Mark has his own apartment in Greyshore.
The apartment is a functional location rather than only a decorative interior.
Mark can:
Enter the apartment
Rest
Sleep
Use it as part of story progression
Mark can drive his own vehicle.
Approach Mark's car and use the vehicle interaction when available.
While driving, use the vehicle normally to travel between mission locations and explore the city.
Mark cannot simply take every vehicle in the world.
If Mark's vehicle has been left somewhere else:
Open Mark's smartphone.
Select Track My Car.
Use the provided information to locate the vehicle.
Track My Car is especially useful after traveling away from the vehicle during a mission or exploration.
While Mark is inside his vehicle, the radio interface displays the current radio station.
Use the left and right station controls to switch between available stations.
The selected station name is displayed on the interface.
Mark's smartphone contains functional applications used during gameplay.
Helps locate Mark's vehicle.
Provides useful career-related information.
Allows Mark to review case and progression information.
Additional phone functions may become useful during exploration and missions.
The office is Mark's main workplace.
Office employees have their own workstations and animations, helping the office function as an active environment.
Mission interactions and career progression may bring Mark back to the office throughout the story.
Some enterable locations offer activities separate from normal mission conversations.
For example, the casino contains interactive gameplay and betting-related activity.
Explore different interiors to discover what can be used.
During the story, Mark eventually travels from Greyshore's beach area to Northshore.
Follow the Mission 7 objectives to:
Reach the beach.
Travel to the boat area.
Board the ferry.
Depart Greyshore.
Arrive in Northshore City.
Later story progression allows Mark to return to Greyshore.
When an assignment is successfully completed, a MISSION PASSED presentation appears.
Afterward, gameplay resumes and Mark can continue toward the next objective.
Game progress can be saved and loaded through the supported save system.
Your progress can include information such as:
Story progression
Mission progression
Player state
Relevant gameplay state
Use the game's save/load options before leaving when appropriate.
The Main Menu includes an option to delete saved progress.
A confirmation is presented before deletion to reduce accidental save loss.
Deleting save data is intended to permanently reset the stored career progress.
Follow the objective displayed on screen, check your minimap regularly, and look for world interaction markers.
Explore buildings rather than rushing only between missions. Many locations contain NPCs, interiors, or activities.
Keep track of Mark's vehicle. If you lose it, use Track My Car.
Pay attention to conversations because characters may explain what Mark needs to do next.
And explore both cities, the game contains activities beyond the main career storyline.
