Approve valid cases and deny claims that conflict with the policy, evidence, or current rule bulletin.
Your performance can affect salary, reputation, compliance, unlocks, and your progress through the company.
ONLINE MANUAL
Your objective is simple: investigate the available information, identify whether the case satisfies the active rules and policy, then submit the most accurate decision.
Start with the current office rules. A valid claim can still fail if it breaks a special rule for that workday.
Use the on-screen tabs to inspect the claim form, policy, evidence, interview, and any available records.
Compare names, dates, coverage type, status, incident details, and supporting evidence. Look for contradictions.
Select relevant fields or evidence when the interface asks you to identify the reason supporting your decision.
Submit only after your checks are complete. Accuracy protects your compliance score and career progress.
