Have you ever thought about being a Seminary Teacher?

Teaching Seminary Workshop Overview: 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a part-time or full-time Seminary teacher! 

Step 1

Register for the workshop using this LINK!

Step 2

Attend one of our seminary teaching workshops which will be held in the South Chapel of the Institute building on: 

Wednesday, October 29th 5:30pm-9:30pm 

OR

Thursday, October 30th 5:30pm-9:30pm 

Steps 3-5 are by invitation only: 

Step 3

After attending one of the workshops, some participants will be invited to do a Practicum at one our local seminaries. Additional training for the Practicum experience will be held on Wednesday, November 6th from 5:30-8:00pm. 

Step 4

Complete a teaching Practicum which will take place between November 7-15. You will observe a seminary class once and then have the opportunity to teach that same class twice. Additional information and exact dates will be provided during the workshop, but it will be flexible with your schedule. 

Step 5

You will be notified before Thanksgiving, via email, whether you are, or are not, hired for a teaching internship. For those who are hired, paid training will occur throughout December in preparation for a teaching assignment which will begin January 2025.
