This course will give us a wonderful opportunity to study the life and mission of our Savior Jesus Christ. We will develop a firm faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, His divine authority and power, His benevolence towards men, and His Atonement for us in a much deeper way.
In this New Testament Institute class, we will study the life, teachings, and example of Jesus Christ as recorded in the Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Through deep scripture study and insights from modern prophets, we will learn how the Savior's ministry and doctrine can guide us in our own lives today.
Come join us each Sunday to hear to learn about Jesus Christ and His gospel through others testimonies and experiences. The Sunday devotional will be held every Sunday at the YSA 1st Stake Center (61 N 900 W) in the main chapel.
This is a class designed to help students with disabilities have meaningful institute experiences. Participants are paired with peer mentors who provide assistance during classes. This semesters topic is Come Follow Me.
*If you’d like to be a peer tutor, please visit with Bro. Huff*
In this class, we will have the chance to touch every page of the Book of Mormon in a single semester. As we do so, we will discover and rediscover "God's dealings with ancient habitants of the Americas and . . . The fullness of the everlasting Gospel." We will also gain greater conviction that the Book of Mormon really is "another testament of Jesus Christ".
Join us every Friday morning for breakfast, and an uplifting discussion on the parables of Jesus. Together we'll explore the deeper meanings behind his teachings, discovering how they apply to our lives today. Come hungry--both physically and spiritually.
Come join the choir in the evening!
Please choose from a variety of podcasts from local and our very own Institute teachers. Some of the podcast offered are “Faith & Finances, “The Faith Lab”, “Rooted In Christ” , “The Art of Dating” and many more.
