Come Follow Me - Doctrine & Covenants
An in-depth study of the Come Follow Me curriculum and revelations received by Joseph Smith as part of the restoration of the Savior’s gospel and church in this dispensation.
Defending Against the Enemies of Christ
Using the words of Jesus Christ and His prophets, this class will fortify students against the strategies and tactics of the adversary and other enemies of Christ.
A Balanced Life with Jesus Christ
This course will empower young adults to live a balanced and fulfilling life centered on Jesus Christ by understanding the importance of caring for their physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual well-being.
Finding Jesus Christ in the Old Testament
The lives of many Old Testament prophets and priests are similitudes of the great Prophet and Priest, the Lord Jesus Christ. We will look at these great leaders and draw comparison to the life of the Savior. Nephi taught, “All things which have been given of God from the beginning of the world, unto man, are the typifying of [Jesus Christ]” (2 Ne. 11:4).
Jesus Christ and His Everlasting Gospel
A study of the roles, ministry, and teachings of Jesus Christ, the doctrine of His Atonement, and Heavenly Father’s everlasting plan for His children.
Teachings and Doctrine of the Book of Mormon
A study of the doctrine taught in the prophetic writings, sermons, and themes of the Book of Mormon, with emphasis on Heavenly Father’s plan and the central role of His Son, Jesus Christ.
Foundations of the Restoration
A study of foundational revelations, doctrine, historical events, and people relevant to the unfolding Restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ as found in the standard works, the teachings of modern prophets, and Church history.
The Eternal Family
A study of the central role of the family in the plan of salvation as taught in the scriptures and the words of modern prophets—particularly “The Family: A Proclamation to the World.”
Missionary Preparation
Missionary Preparation is designed to help students prepare for full-time missionary service by focusing on the doctrines, principles, and counsel found in the scriptures, words of the prophets, and Preach My Gospel.
The Temple: Preparing for and Understanding
Whether you are preparing for your first temple experience or your hundredth, this class will expand your understanding of the ordinances and covenants made there.
Choir
Choir members rehearse and perform selections of sacred music at performances that include Institute Devotionals and concerts. There is a Monday/Wednesday and a Tuesday/Thursday Choir.
The Divine Gift of Forgiveness
Based on the book by Elder Neil L. Andersen, this class will help you feel the priceless love your Heavenly Father and His Beloved Son have for you.
Page by Page: The Book of Mormon
In this class, we will have the chance to touch every page of the Book of Mormon in a single semester. As we do so, we will discover and rediscover "God's dealings with ancient habitants of the Americas and . . . The fullness of the everlasting Gospel." We will also gain greater conviction that the Book of Mormon really is "another testament of Jesus Christ".
The New Testament Gospels: A Journey Through the Life and Teachings of Jesus Christ
In this New Testament Institute class, we will study the life, teachings, and example of Jesus Christ as recorded in the Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Through deep scripture study and insights from modern prophets, we will learn how the Savior's ministry and doctrine can guide us in our own lives today.
Patriarchal Blessing: Appreciating and Understanding - WORKSHOP
This workshop will assist students to dive deeper into their patriarchal blessing and to “treasure its words, ponder them, and live to be worthy to receive the promised blessings in this life and in eternity.”1 (General Handbook: Serving in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 18.17, 18.17.1, ChurchofJesusChrist.org.)
The 5 Covenants of the Endowment - WORKSHOP
This workshop will give you a chance to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the five laws of God taught in the temple endowment ceremony, and how we can become more like the Savior by living these laws.
Returned Missionary Seminar
This seminar is composed of topics that are directed towards returned missionaries, but all are welcome. Topics covered include discipleship, education, dating, and more. Refreshments will be served following the seminar each week.

Getting More Out of the Scriptures
A course to help young adults better understand and enjoy their scripture study. We will cover ways to improve study habits, learn to use scripture study skills, and applying what they learn. Young adults will also learn how to use scripture study tools such as using the Gospel Library app to find extra resources and get more from their scripture study. The goal is to help everyone gain more insights and personal inspiration from the scriptures.
