How To Sign Up for MassHealth:

• Access the two-part MassHealth application below: 

  1. Create a login and complete “ID proofing” section of the application ​

     • ID proofing requires you to fax, mail, or upload the client’s Mass ID to their Connector Care portal ​

  2. Log back into Connector Care portal and finish the rest of the application which ends with assigning the applicant a healthcare plan ​

• If the client has specific doctors that don't fall into that health plan, you can call MassHealth and change the client plan any time​
