Reading room: cardiac/fetal room

Protocoling: protocol all studies on cardiac list (scheduled and unscheduled)

What to read:

• we used to come in early to read all CICU plain films (on cardiac list) before conference, but those get read overnight now
• read all the cardiac MRIs/CTs for the day (generally 3-8)

Who is your attending: all CT/MRI studies are signed off by both radiology and cardiology attendings

When is a study ready to dictate: When the 3d icon is checked indicating that the 3d techs have completed the post-processing. You should receive an email with each patient's data as they are completed to input into the report.
