Principal Investigator
Ming-Huang Li (李銘晃) is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. He received the B.S. degree with highest honor in Mechanical Engineering (minor in Electrical Engineering) from the National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan, in 2009, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in NanoEngineering and MicroSystems from the National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2011 and 2015, respectively.
His research interests include the development of capacitive and piezoelectric micro-mechanical resonators for wireless communication and signal processing, hetero-integration technologies, and analog sensing circuit design.
