We are currently looking for self-motivated, creative, and hard-working students to join the Composite Acoustic Transducer Systems (CATS) group in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. We are aiming for the advancing innovations on the integrated resonant micro-mechanical devices for power-efficient radio frequency (RF) front-ends and robust environment sensors.
Our research scope includes but not limited to:
Design and fabrication of capacitive and piezoelectric micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) devices
Analytical modeling of micro- and nano-mechanical resonators
Novel micro fabrication technology
Design and co-optimization of MEMS-CMOS circuits and systems
