Principal Investigator  

Ming-Huang Li (李銘晃) is an Associate Professor with the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan.

His research interests include the development of capacitive and piezoelectric micro-mechanical resonators for wireless communication and signal processing, hetero-integration technologies, and analog sensing circuit design.

PhD Student  

Tzu-Hsuan Hsu (徐子軒) joined the CATS Lab in Feb. 2020 as a Ph.D. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering. He received the B.S. degree in Power Mechanical Engineering and the M.S. degree in NanoEngineering and MicroSystems from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2017 and 2019, respectively. 

His research direction is piezoelectric micro-resonators.

Zhi-Qiang Lee (李志強) joined the CATS Lab in July 2021, and he is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Solid and Nano Mechanics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2021

His research direction is CMOS-MEMS micro-resonators.


MS Student

Cheng-Chien Lin (林承謙) joined the CATS Lab in July 2022 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Opto-Mechatronics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2022

His research direction is MEMS resonators.

Ya-Ching Yu (游雅晴) joined the CATS Lab in July 2022 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Solid and Nano Mechanics Division). She received the B.S. degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2022. 

His research direction is MEMS resonators.

Yu-Cheng Lin (林育誠) joined the CATS Lab in July 2022 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Opto-Mechatronics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2022. 

His research direction is MEMS resonators.

Yi-Cheng Liao (廖翊成) joined the CATS Lab in July 2022 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Opto-Mechatronics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Central University, Chungli, Taiwan, in 2022. 

His research direction is MEMS resonators.

Tzu-Yun Huang (黃子耘) joined the CATS Lab in July 2023 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Opto-Mechatronics Division). She received the B.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Program of Life Sciences from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2023.

Her research direction is MEMS resonators.

Sung-Yuan Huang (黃嵩淵) joined the CATS Lab in July 2023 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Solid and Nano Mechanics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing-Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2023. 

Her research direction is MEMS resonators.

Yi-Shiun Li (李奕勳) joined the CATS Lab in July 2023 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Opto-Mechatronics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Mechanical and Electromechanical Engineering from National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 2023. 

Her research direction is MEMS resonators.
