Ming-Huang Li (李銘晃) is an Associate Professor with the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan.

His research interests include the development of capacitive and piezoelectric micro-mechanical resonators for wireless communication and signal processing, hetero-integration technologies, and analog sensing circuit design.

PhD Student  

Zhi-Qiang Lee (李志強) joined the CATS Lab in July 2021, and he is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering. He received the B.S. degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2021. 

His research direction is piezoelectric MEMS resonators.

Ya-Ching Yu (游雅晴) joined the CATS Lab in July 2024 as a Ph.D. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Solid and Nano Mechanics Division). She received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2022 and 2024, respectively. 

Her research direction is low-loss acoustic delay lines.

Sung-Yuan Huang (黃嵩淵) joined the CATS Lab in July 2025 as a Ph.D. student in the Institute of NanoEngineering and MicroSystems (INEMS). He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2023 and 2025, respectively. 

His research direction is piezoelectric MEMS devices.

MS Student

Wei-Bin Fan (范煒斌) joined the CATS Lab in July 2024 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Opto-Mechatronics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan, in 2024.

Yu-Sian Lin (林裕憲) joined the CATS Lab in July 2024 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Solid and Nano Mechanics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chang Gung University, Taoyuan, Taiwan, in 2024.

Chih-Yuan Hsiao (蕭智元) joined the CATS Lab in July 2024 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Opto-Mechatronics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Mechatronics Engineering from National Changhua University of Education, Changhua, Taiwan, in 2024.

Chung-Chiuan Lai (賴重全) joined the CATS Lab in July 2025 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Solid and Nano Mechanics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tam Kang University, New Taipei, Taiwan, in 2025.

Bang-Hung Chuang (莊邦弘) joined the CATS Lab in July 2025 as an M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Opto-Mechatronics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2025.

Jian-Ting Chen (陳建廷) joined the CATS Lab in July 2025 as an M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Opto-Mechatronics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2025.

Rui-Ting Liu (劉睿廷) joined the CATS Lab in July 2025 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Solid and Nano Mechanics Division). He received the B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yuan Ze University, Taoyuan, Taiwan, in 2025.

Chia-Yi Yu (余珈誼) joined the CATS Lab in July 2025 as a M.S. student in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (Solid and Nano Mechanics Division). She received the B.S. degree in Mechanical and Electromechanical Engineering from National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 2025.
