Thank you for visiting my page! Whether this is your first time, or your coming in for round 2+, starting with a new therapist can be difficult. Please feel free to read and review the following information I have provided to hopefully make this an easier, smoother, process. Everyone goes at their own pace, especially just starting out, so the amount of time needed to establish rapport is personal. I am patient and dedicated to your emotional safety and comfort, no matter how long it takes! 

People are complex and rarely fit into specific categories or labels. If you are curious about my comfortability or experience with a certain problem, dynamic, and/or diagnosis, please email me. Chances are likely that I've encountered it at some point, and you never know until you ask. Once standard paperwork is completed electronically, I generally have appointment openings within one or two weeks of contact.
