Through intense practices and competitions, I have built strong bonds with my teammates, learning to rely on one another and working under pressure. Basketball has been an exciting and challenging sport that has pushed me both mentally and physically. The fast-paced nature of the game requires quick reflexes, strategic thinking, and strong teamwork. Whether its making split-second decisions on offense or staying focused on defense, every game presents a new challenge that tests my adaptability and skill. Playing basketball has helped me develop not just my technical abilities but also my ability to stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions in high-intensity situations. We used to have practice for 2 times a week for about 2 hours. One of the most rewarding aspects of basketball is the team dynamic. Unlike individual sports, success in basketball depends on trust, communication, or coordination with teammates. Over time, I learned to read the game better, anticipate plays, and contribute to the team's overall strategy. My role on the team was defense as I could lock any player down on defense and not let them score. Training and competing have taught me the value of discipline and hard work, as improvement requires constant effort and dedication. Beyond the competition, basketball has been a great way to build friendship, stay active, and challenge myself to keep improving. Over the years, I have competed in many tournaments like the Rugby Invitational, TRISPORTS, ASIAA, ICS Invitational, and ASAC leagues.
