In the spring show this year, I had the opportunity to choreograph part of the dance of the High School Dance class. We performed the song Kala Chashma, a popular Hindi song which is known for its fun beats. Coreographing the dance was a fun but challenging task. I had to ensure that the movements were in sync, and suitable for the skill level of my classmates. Teaching the routine had required patience and effective communication because I had to break down the steps and make adjustments based on everyone's feedback. beyond the dancing, this experience taught me to value teamwork and leadership. I had to balance my own vision with what my classmates were thinking. When we finally performed it on stage, the long hours we worked on it paid off.
