Weekly rounds and tournament play will be flexible during 2026 as RGA completes major renovations that include:
Changes to Stockholders' 9 -- Completed Fall of 2025!
Changes to Front 9 -- Began Fall of 2025. Targeted to re-open Labor Day 2026.
Addition of Range / Practice Area (requires closing holes 10-13)-- Target to begin June 2026
Close remainder of original Back 9 -- corresponds with re-opening Front 9
Our rounds are planned as follows:
April thru early June -- Stockholders’ 9 and Back 9 (18 holes)
Early June thru Labor Day -- Stockholders’ 9 and Back 5 (14-18) North of Tryon Road (14 holes total)
Labor Day thru end of Season -- Front 9 and Stockholders’ 9 (18 holes)
Greens Fee = $35 all year
There will be a slope and rating from the USGA/CGA for the 'New' Stockholders' 9 (used for GHIN score entry and Tournament play). The same is true for the 14 holes (June thru August) and the 18 refurbished holes.
The Cary Senior Golf Association (CSGA) is a community organization founded in 1983 and sponsored by the Cary Parks, Recreation Cultural Resources Department.
Membership is open to anyone who has reached his or her fifty-fifth (55th) birthday and is a resident of Central North Carolina. Most members reside in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and Raleigh.
CSGA’s purpose is to provide clean, healthy, recreation and fun through the game of golf. Proficiency is not a requirement, but the improvement of one’s skills is encouraged. Knowledge and practice of golf etiquette is expected of all members.
During the regular season of April through October, CSGA members play every Wednesday at RGA. Once a month, CSGA conducts a tournament where members can earn prizes for Low Gross and Low Net scores. In addition, CSGA plays an Away Event at local golf courses every month during the season. A year-end tournament is held in late October.
At the conclusion of the season, CSGA holds a banquet at a local facility at which a variety of prizes are awarded to attendees.
