Gua Tempurung is a cave in the Malaysian state of Perak. Spelunkers, or caving aficionados, are fans of it. A portion of it has been transformed into a show cave with electric lights and pathways, and there are a variety of excursions of varying lengths and complexity. The river tunnel, which goes for roughly 1.6 kilometres into the hill, is a beautiful river cave. Three big rooms with outstanding stalactites and stalagmites may be found.
The Ipoh railway station is an excellent example of colonial-era architecture, featuring Moorish and Victorian influences. The imposing white-washed structure radiates a majestic air. Prior to the twentieth century, the structure served as a hospital. Arthur Benison Hubback planned and built the structure as a railway station. The station was officially opened for usage in 1935. Locals often refer to the Ipoh Railway Station as the Taj Mahal of Ipoh.

Han Chin Pet Soo (Han Chin Villa), is a unique museum-style display housed in the magnificently renovated Hakka Miners' Club edifice. It gives a glimpse into the shady activities that took on behind the magnificent veneer of the tin miners' club, including prostitution, gambling, opium smoking, and other triad activities. The exhibition also highlights the Hakka people's story and provides an overview of the tin mining business.
Ho Yan Hor Museum tells the incredible history of Ho Yan Hor, the famous Chinese herbal tea brand that has been around since the 1940s. It also allows you to learn about the history and evolution of the heritage herbal tea. It also houses an exhibit dedicated to the inspirational life of Dr. HO Kai Cheong, the man of the health-promoting Ho Yan Hor tea.
Despite its distant position, Kek Look Tong Temple has become a popular tourist destination nestled amid tranquil lakes at the base of Gunung Rapat. Any tourist will be wowed by the majestic caverns and breathtaking gardens. The temple's history is neither sacred nor noteworthy. It was once involved in ore mining, although it has always been primarily a centre of prayer.
One of Gopeng's most prominent agro-tourism sites is Gaharu Tea Valley. This is the ideal location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and unwind in a tranquil natural setting. From the Hilltop Viewing Stage, stand at the highest point in Gaharu Tea Valley and take in the breathtaking views of Gaharu trees. Take a stroll down the valley and inhale the fragrant air of the Agarwood trees.
Attraction in Taiping
The raintrees planted along the roadway at the Lake Gardens are particularly well-known for branching out so low that they practically touch the water. Some of the trees here are over a century old, having been planted by the government in 1884 when the gardens were initially planted with trees and bushes. It's a very unique sight, especially in the cold early morning when the waters are quiet, allowing for a near-perfect reflection of the magnificent foliage. I couldn't help but assume I'd just discovered my favourite site in Malaysia after seeing it for the first time!
If you're visiting Taiping's Maxwell Hill, be sure to stop by this well-kept zoo at the foothills of this renowned hill resort. This zoo, which is located next to Taiping Lake Gardens, is a great area for animals to thrive in their natural habitats. The natural lakes where lotus plants grow adds to the beauty of the surroundings. Being the wettest part of the country means that the lush greenery here thrive and the still undeveloped forest makes it an ideal holiday destination for the entire family.
