What are essential questions?

• Narrative Inquiry - What is the NEW story? Who are the heroes? What are the dominant themes?

• Appreciative Inquiry- What are their talents? What are their giftings? What are the learners' strengths?

• Motivational Inquiry- What are they passionate about? What are their desires? What are their goals?

• Critical Inquiry- Whose needs are not being met? Whose voice is not being heard? Is what we are doing really working? Is there consistence in what we say that we are doing and what we are actually doing?

• Reflective Inquiry- It's important to work with a partner and plan together. Find someone to converse with, to talk about what is happening in the classroom; for the purpose of reflection and self-evaluation.
