I am always curious about the histories and impact of music, in every aspect, theory, history, culture, etc. With these I always try to take my thinking a step further, and wonder- Am i really getting the most out of this idea/approach? I care deeply about music education and the ever flowing potential it has to enrich people's lives, with this I will always question on how and what methods can be improved.

In this inquiry project, I have developed three in-depth lesson plans that connect on one main theme " American Activism in Music". In these lesson students can approach the protest music of the last century up until present day. This goes deep into american culture and history, proving a well rounded lesson sure to capture the attention of students.
